  1. FlowerWorldOnline.com retains the right to cancel any order delivery without telling any thing to customers of its reasons. However, in this case customers will be given 100% refund of their paid amount.

  2. In some cases, order is delayed due to Credit Card processing or any extra ordinary circumstance. We make delivery the order to the next available date with the consent of the customers.

  3. Price tag on which we sell our products at our site as the subject of MRP restriction comprises of all costs of our service, delivery and online transaction cost. We cannot display all these separate distributions lists to our customers due to some technical restrictions. We hope it should be understood well by our customers.

  4. Customers can also cancel their order at least 24 hours before the date of delivery or date of shipment. However, in this case, only 7 % of the paid amount of the products will be charged for the credit card or any other processing expenses.

  8. There will be no possible delivery of the products in country like UAE on Friday.

  9. We cannot deliver the ordered products of the customers on Sunday or any other holiday except Singapore, Japan and HongKong. For SOS deliveries please write us through the Contact Us page.

  10. All the customers are advised to provide correct and true ZIP code and phone number of the recipients. We are certainly not liable for any failure of delivery due to wrong information provided while placing the order.

  11. For the Combo order, if one product is delivered and other is not and then refund will only be made on undelivered products. We will not admit full order cancellation of the products under any conditions.

  12. We believe in giving fresh and good products to our customers. To maintain the freshness, Flowers and any perishable items are sourced locally at delivery locations and are mostly hand delivery. In this case, basket/vase design may be changed due to unavailability. This is not informed to the customers due to shortage of time, but value and quality are highly maintained.

  13. For any extra custom charges/ duties taken by the government of recipientís country will be paid by the recipients/ customers in case of nay international delivery of the products sent through courier. We are certainly not responsible for that issue.

  14. We will not make redelivery of the products to any other address. We only attempt one time for delivery of the products. If the delivery of the products are not done after good attempt and customers are charged for that order, then no refund will be possible in this case under any conditions. The products are considered to be delivered under following conditions:-
  15. a). If order is not delivered due to wrong address of the recipients.
    b). If recipients reject the products which ware delivered.
    c). If the products are being delivered at Gate/ Recipients/ Neighbors.
    d). If the recipients are not found at address mentioned while placing the order.
    e). If premises are found to be locked.
    f). If customers give wrong information of the recipients like wrong phone number, cell number, contact number.

  16. All the images of the products display on our website are suggestive only. We attempt our best to deliver the products as they are shown on site. It may be possible for changing of basket design and color of flowers due to availability of flowers and products. We reserve the right to substitute the flowers and products into other flowers and products having equal value and quality. In case of unavailability of flowers and products no refund will be made under any conditions.

  17. In case of any perishable items, no claims will be admitted after the 2 days of date of delivery.

  18. FlowerWorldOnline.com has the right to cancel order of any delivery, terminate the account, refuse the service, remove or edit content in its own sole knowledge and belief without any notice.

  19. We cannot change in the instruction of the date of delivery unless it is confirmed and acknowledged by our customers team support

  20. We sell all the products on our website are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means the loss of such items pass to you upon our delivery to the courier/network.

  21. The products deliveries that we make are subjected to approval and confirmation of Credit Card of the customers. If any customers fail to pay for delivery duly made, then in this case payment will taken from the side of recipient and it will be informed to the customers as well. Any attempted and failed delivery due to wrong address carries extra charges.

Refund Policy: -

1. Refund policy will be carried out under following condition: -

  a). If order is cancel upon the request.

  b). If delivery location is unreachable.

  c). If Flowers/Gifts are not delivered.
Customers will be given 100 % refund of their paid amount if their ordered products are not available at that time. In this case we are unable to fulfill your desire within specific time and date and will be surely informed for that.

d). Refund in full paid amount will also be done when the delivered products are in bad quality or delivered products are being damaged due to mishandling by our delivering staff.

e). FlowerWorldOnline.com retains right to reject order of any delivery without telling its reason to customers. However in this case, customers will get refund in full.


2. We give the refund to our customers if any one condition of above mentioned criteria met. Customers will get a refund notification through their email address once the refund process is successfully under processing. Customers are advised to keep this refund notification safe and secure and check it to the monthly credit card bill against refund.
